Here are some of the processes we undertake on most of our conversion builds highlighting how a standard van can be modified, addapted, and upgraded into a hi spec camper van.
VW T5 and T6
We are VW transporter campervan conversion specialist’s, transforming T5 and T6 transporters from a builders van to a full camper van - all made to your specifications.
Rock & Roll Beds
We like to fit pull tested bed frames with seat belts for peace of mind and safety, we can fit a very sturdy non pull tested bed if needs be, the choice is yours.
Internal Units
They can be made to your own specification, i.e. more or less doors, space for fridge, various sink units and in a wide range of colours and designs, we can fit a 30 litre water tank under the van to save space.
Sargent Power Management
Full on all singing all dancing power management systems that will control all your power needs while out in the field.
Fitted out of the way inside one of the cupboards, they look very modern and have plenty of 12v outputs and also 240v management, we can fit a simpler power system and split charge if you don’t need many 12v outputs.
Pop Top Roofs
We like to fit Austop & Skyline roofs as they are well known roofs designed for the job. We can fit other roofs if necessary - if your on a budget, we can fit non-branded roofs too. Roofs can be colour coded to the van or any other colour required, we also fit roof beds which are on hydraulic rams so they lift up when the roof is up so you still have head room.
Internal Modifications
Our attention to detail combined with modern features and original styling, make the interiors we fit perfection for every camper enthusiast. We can fit curtains in either economy or premium (depending on your own budget), lighting, drop down televisions, double swivel seat bases, single swivel seats. What ever your needs, we can help.
Ply Lining
New panels cut to fit your vans contours including T5 and now in T6 models.
Carpeting
We offer a full carpeting service including headlining in a variety of different colours.
Flooring
Non slip altro, laminate, real wood and rubber matting.
External modifications
Wide bars/wide steps or running boards, rear spoilers, splitters, T5.1 Front end conversions, decals, windows, colour coding.
Upholstery
We can re trim your original seat in a variety of finishes and colours.
Insulation
Closed cell injected foam for warmth and sound proofing. Other methods are available.
